What happens before delivery
Every machine goes across the bench. Opened, cleaned out, checked over, worn parts replaced. Drive wiped properly and the operating system installed fresh — which for an office matters twice over, because whatever the previous tenant had on it is gone.
Storage upgraded to an SSD where it is not already, memory increased where it is tight. Then tested as a complete machine.

Quotes and timing
Tell us how many desks, what the people on them do, and roughly what the budget is. We come back with a firm quote within 24 hours — a real price you can take to whoever signs it, not a range.
Nothing starts until it is agreed. Most jobs are done in two to three days, and where a larger number of matching machines is involved we will tell you up front if that timing changes.
Laptops or desktops?
For most West Perth offices it comes down to whether people work anywhere else.
If the work happens at the desk, a small form factor desktop with a decent screen is better value and easier to live with. If people are in and out, or hot-desking, laptops with docks make more sense.

The machines you are replacing
Old office machines do not have to go in a storeroom. They can come in as a trade-in against what you are buying, and we will look at them and give you a figure.

Getting them to you
The workshop is in Bayswater, a short run across town. There is no showroom in West Perth — the machines are with the bench.
