What we collect
Only what you give us. If you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, suburb and whatever you write in the message. If you ring us, we take the same details so we can call you back.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote the work, and carry it out. That is the whole purpose.
Data on machines you bring us
This is the part that matters most in our trade.
Any machine handed to us for trade-in has its drive wiped properly before it goes anywhere. If there is anything on it you still need, tell us before you hand it over — once a drive is wiped, that is final.
While a machine is with us, we do not read, copy or keep your files. Where a job requires us to move data — a storage upgrade, for example — it is moved to the new drive and nowhere else.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the people working on your job. We do not sell contact details and we do not pass them to third-party marketing.
Form submissions are handled by a form provider that processes the message on our behalf and forwards it to us.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work, honour the 90-day warranty, and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring the number on this site and we will action it.
