Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. We do not trade after hours or on weekends, so if you ring outside those times, leave it with us and we will come back to you the next working day.

Where we are
The workshop is in Bayswater, WA — a short run from the city. There is no showroom in Perth itself. The machines live where the bench is, and the bench is the reason the machines are worth buying.
If you are coming in with something, ring first so we know to expect you.
What to tell us
You do not need to know any technical detail. The useful things are:
- What the machine is for — study, office work, a home business, games, a second machine for the family.
- Whether you want a laptop or something that stays on a desk.
- Roughly what you want to spend.
- Whether you have an old machine to trade in.

What happens next
We come back within 24 hours with a firm price. Nothing is committed until you agree to it. Most jobs are finished in two to three days, and everything we sell carries 90 days warranty.
