If something is not right — the machine, the work, the price or the way you were dealt with — ring us before anything else. Most things are quicker to fix than to argue about, and we would rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.

What we need from you
Your name and phone number, when the machine was bought or the work was done, and what has gone wrong. If it is a fault with a machine, bringing it in is usually the fastest route to sorting it out.
What we will do
We will acknowledge it when you contact us, look into what happened, and come back to you with what we propose to do about it.
If the machine is inside its 90 days warranty and the fault is a hardware one, we deal with it under the warranty. If it falls outside that, we will still tell you plainly what the options are and what they cost.
If we cannot resolve it
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can take the matter to Consumer Protection WA, part of the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
